So those of you who follow me over on Goodreads will know I have been reading this book for oh about three months now… I just don’t pick it up that often as my brain doesn’t easily comprehend non-fiction. I have been enjoying it and page 77 is a list of different reminders for when you are stressing out and I feel like the above one is very appropriate to me right now.
