Waiting for Wednesday

Waiting For Wednesday: Come Tumbling Down

July 24, 2019

By far the Wayward Children Series by Seanan McQuire is one of my favourites I have discovered this year. I absolutely loved each one with Beneath the Sugar Sky is probably my absolute favourite of them. So, of course, I am 159% *IN* for the latest in the series Come Tumbling Down.

When Jack left Eleanor West’s School for Wayward Children she was carrying the body of her deliciously deranged sister–whom she had recently murdered in a fit of righteous justice–back to their home on the Moors.

But death in their adopted world isn’t always as permanent as it is here, and when Jack is herself carried back into the school, it becomes clear that something has happened to her. Something terrible. Something of which only the maddest of scientists could conceive. Something only her friends are equipped to help her overcome.

Eleanor West’s “No Quests” rule is about to be broken.

Again.

Come Tumbling Down Synopsis

I’m only really annoyed that I will have to wait until January 2020 for this! These books have such great diversity and representation that I’m not at all surprised that I love them so much.

Come Tumbling Down by Seanan McGuire is due to be released on 7th January 2019 by TOR Publishing. You can preorder your copy from Amazon, Book Depository, Booktopia or wherever you prefer to purchase books.
