Sorry, it’s been a few weeks since my last FIFF, but I have been exhausted and overwhelmed, so when looking at my weekly posts this one is easily the least important, so it gets dropped. Things are starting to calm down some and thus I can bring you another one this week. Again thank you to Nomadic Worlds for creating this meme.
How to participate in the meme:
1. Credit the creator of this tag (Nomadic Worlds) and link back.
2. Answer the four questions to the best of your ability.
3. Most important of all, enjoy yourself!
F – Feature your latest book obsession (it doesn’t have to be your current read).
I – Indicate which book/s you are looking forward to reading this weekend.
F – Favorite quote of the week/day.
F – Five things you’re happy or grateful for this week.

I know, I know, I just talked about this in my most recent Waiting For Wednesday, but literally I cannot stop thinking about it. I wouldn’t be surprised if this pops up in more FIFF posts in the future. We Hunt The Flame was just so good, I cannot wait for this next instalment. I love Hafsah’s writing and she’s a really cool person too.

I was sent an ARC of this book by Harper Collins AU and started it well before the release date but have got stuck with lots of life stuff that meant that I have been listening to audiobooks more than I have been reading physical books. But I’m really excited to get to this now that things have calmed down some.
Favorite quote of the week/day.
But what was the point of living so quietly you made no noise at all?The DIviners by Libba Bray
I finally read this and while the plot overall was good I found it problematic at times so I have mixed feelings about the book. This quote though really resonated with me as I don’t understand living such a quiet life. I live life loudly, vibrantly and defiantly!
Five things you’re happy or grateful for this week.
- Long weekend coming up, meaning more time to read and relax.
- Finally finishing all the sewing I needed to get done.
- Ticking off some of my backlist books off my TBR.
- Anticipating my Owlcrate October box which I just wish would arrive already!
- New tea! (I finally spent a gift card for T2 I got for my birthday).
Thank you again for stopping by and I hope you have an excellent weekend! What are you hoping to read this weekend?
